You may leave me a message at any time on my phone, and I will get back to you during my working hours. I generally do not answer calls received outside of work hours, on weekends, or on holidays.
If you feel you are in crisis and need immediate assistance, please call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room and ask to speak to the psychiatrist on call.
