I use she/her pronouns.
I am a proud and passionate Social Worker, committed to helping folks explore their lives with more curiosity and self-compassion. I strive to show up for my clients as genuinely as I can, and I ask that my clients commit to co-creating as honest and collaborative a therapeutic relationship as possible. Please visit this page for more details on my approach to therapy.
I work exclusively with individual adults. While I am comfortable with and skilled in working a wide variety of human experiences, here are some issues I frequently see in my practice:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Gender identity and sexual orientation
- Trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD
- Dissociation
- Birth trauma
- Relationship issues
- Sexual and/or intimate partner violence
- Stress management
- Struggles with life’s many transitions
I openly welcome those who have experienced marginalization based on race, ability, immigration status, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity/expression.

I work from feminist, intersectional, relational, and anti-oppression frameworks.
Please take some time to look over the information provided here.
